1. What are the front desk hours?

1. Our office is opened from 8am to 8pm Monday through Friday and 10am to 8pm on Saturdays and 11:00am to 4:00pm Sundaya. Should you have an emergency after hours, please call the emergency contact number that is posted on the front door.
Check-in begins at 3pm, and check-outs are at 11am. If you need to arrive after hours you will need to make a guaranteed reservation with a credit card. The Guest Service Agent will let you know how to pick-up your keys after hours.
 

2. What amenities do you provide in the rooms?

All studios are equipped with full size refrigerators, 2 stove top burners, a microwave and a coffee-maker. We provide each studio with a set of towels for two people, one roll of toilet paper and a shower curtain. We offer a 27” T.V. with cable. All studios include FREE internet service. However studios require an Ethernet cord and suites are wireless. All rooms have free local calls and voice mail.

  3. How many people can a studio accommodate?

Our king size studios will accommodate one or two persons. Our Double studios will accommodate up to four persons.
  4. What is meant by laundry facilities?

Our property has an on-site coin operated laundry facility available from the hours of 8am to 8pm Monday through Friday and 10am to 4pm on Saturday and Sunday.
  5. Do you have smoke-free rooms?

Yes, we do offer non-smoking studios. These studios can be requested but not guaranteed as part of reservation. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
  6. Do you have meeting rooms available?

Yes, we have rooms that can be used for sleeping rooms or a conference room for up to 8-10 people.
  7. Do you have luggage carts?

Yes, a luggage cart is available for your use.
 
Rates
  1. What is your payment/deposit policy?

Weekly guests will be charged one week's room and tax upon arrival, you may choose to stay longer, if so your agreement renews and payment of one week's room and tax is due by 11:00am on the weekly anniversary of your check-in day. Also, there is a $10.00 dollar extra person fee per person per room. Children 18 and under are free. Guests checking out early during the first weekly term will be charged one of the lesser (1) the weekly rate or (2) the daily rate times the actual number of nights.
A security deposit of $25 dollars is required for all guests no matter the length of their stay. Your security deposit is refundable upon check out as long as your key cards and remote are returned to the front desk and there are no missing or damaged items in the room.
  2. How does the weekly rate structure work?

the weekly rate is based upon a 7 night stay. if the guest checks out early before the 7th night, then the nightly rate will apply.
  3. Do you offer any government, military, senior citizen discounts?

Homeaway doesn't offer any discounts at this time.
  4. Do you offer High-Speed Internet access?

Yes, all studio rooms are equipped with hard wire internet access and will require an Ethernet cord provided by the guest and all suites are wireless.

 
Pets

For an additional charge pets are welcomed. To ensure cleanliness, guest and hotel staff safety, there are policies that will be enforced.

  • No pets should weigh more than 50 pounds
  • Pets cannot be left unattended outside of property
  • Pets are not be left unattended in the room for long hours as they tend to have to go potty in the room or bark. If a guests pet continually barks in the room and the owner is not present, the owner will be notified and will have to find a
    pet sitter an or establishment to house the pet during the day.
  • To ensure hotel grounds stay clean, there will be a designated area for pets that have outside needs and the guest will be
    responsible for cleaning up after their pet.
  • There is a $35.00 dollar service fee per room that is required at check-in for all guests who have pets. Then, there is a $15.00 dollar pet fee per pet per week. Again, this fee begins at check-in and is not included in the service fee.
